How much gratitude can your heart really
hold?
Can it expand beyond the concept
itself?
Can it hold, and therefore release to grace, the life experiences that you may have deemed “bad,” “unfulfilling,” “challenging,” “hurtful?”
We do invite you to take a moment to contemplate gratitude in its most expansive state and how it might be cultivated further within your being.
Is it not true that each experience
that has gone before has led you to this very moment, which is full with wonder
and which creates your future?
And is it not so that you may once
have felt quite differently about each experience that has gone before than you
do now, today?
Remember, therefore, that it is in
service to your grace to refrain from naming your experiences as aligned with "positive" experience or "negative" experience, no matter whether they are ones that you have initiated, or ones that another has brought
on your path.
Release the limitation upon your
heart and mind that pushes you to qualify life events as either “beneficial” or "hurtful."
Instead, from the fullness of your
stillness, a stillness which expands beyond your heartspace, beyond your mind,
know with certainty that your grace allows you in each moment to say “I am grateful for this.”
Your grace breathes gratitude, a quality that resides beyond judgment, anger, or wishing things had not happened as they did.
Your grace and your gratitude know that
each Being upon your life path does simply hold an aspect of the very same One energy. And each of these aspects is something
to be grateful for.
Thank You for the Gentle Reminder to just be with what is and be grateful for every moment! I love You!
